You have found the trip you want to book but how would you like to reserve your tour?

Our tours are always popular and it's therefore important to book early if you have a specific trip in mind.  You may currently be on the other side of the world or you may live near one of our offices. Wherever you are, we have tried to make the booking process as simple as possible for you. Additionally, if you book your tour directly with us we always place your payment in our Travel Trust Association client trust account until your tour has ended. Furthermore, if you book a tour that is for 2 days or more you will also receive an additional insurance policy to cover your payments.

To book your tour directly with us:

Online on this website - at the payment stage, we always give you the option to either pay securely by credit/debit card or to arrange for us to arrange an "off-line" payment.

By telephone:

• If you are calling from a BT UK landline call using our lo-call 0845 057 0349

Please note that we charge £3 per person for credit card transactions made by telephone. There is no charge if you use a UK debit card or if you make a credit/debit card payment online.

Payment:

• The easiest way to pay is by debit or credit card and we can also give you an instant confirmation
• If you have UK bank account you can make payment online to our Client Trust Account, which is held at Natwest Bank. To pay by this method we you will need to deposit the correct payment to: sorting code 50-41-01 and account number 45085358. We will give you an invoice number at the time we confirm your booking and you must use this as your payment reference.
• You can also pay in cash or by cheque at any branch of Natwest bank following the same procedure, as above. To find out where your nearest Natwest bank is, click here .

Além disso, se você reservar o seu tour diretamente conosco estaremos sempre colocando o seu pagamento em nossa Travel Trust Association "client trust account" (Apólice de Seguro para cobrir pagamentos) até o término de sua viagem. IMPORTANTE: Não combramos taxas adicionais de forma alguma nos cartões de créditos ou cartões de débitos nas transações online. Cobramos uma taxa de £3 GBP para transações realizadas através do telefone usando-se o cartão de crédito.

Pagamento:

• A maneira mais fácil de pagar é com o cartão de débito ou com cartão de crédito, pois podemos confirmar o seu pagamento instantâniamente.
• Se você tem conta bancária no Reino Unido você pode também fazer pagamentos on-line aos nossos clientes Trust Account, que é realizada na Natwest Bank. Para pagar por esse método, você terá de depositar o pagamento correto para: 50-41-01 triagem código e número da conta 45085358. Vamos dar-lhe o seu número da fatura no momento em que confirmarmos sua reserva e você deverá usar este como o seu pagamento referência.
• Você também pode efetuar o seu pagamento em dinheiro ou por cheque  em qualquer agência do banco Natwest seguindo o mesmo procedimento, conforme acima mencionado. Para achar qual é o banco Natwest mais próximo,clique aqui .
• Se você preferir pagar via postal -
